The GW_Q.exe Application is a GW-BASIC Program File to Q Basic Program File Translator/Converter for the IBM PC Windows environment.

After having downloaded and unzipped the GW_Q.exe Application, drag the application to a suitable directory on your hard disc. Double click on the GW_Q.exe file icon to bring up the application window.

Alternatively, create a short-cut icon on your main Desktop display, that points to the GW_Q.exe file and double click on that icon to obtain the application window.

Next, select the 'Open' option from the 'File' menu and choose a GW-BASIC file to Translate. Select from the 'Options' menu, then select 'Run'. Messages will appear in the window. Press the 'Enter' ('Return') key, when prompted, then the QBasic appears in the window. The translated QBasic can then be saved to a chosen file, edited, or printed out.

Press the key F1 or select 'Help' from the application window menu for more information.
